Christian clothing gets hip with inspired lifestyle
Durham, NC - A new apparel brand and clothing retailer has found the light, offering cool clothes with faith-infused inspiration. "We were disheartened by the negative messages we bear witness to everyday. We want to live a positive and inspired lifestyle that is guided by our faith," says Joe Spies, co-founder of Messenger Apparel and online retail boutique Unity3.
Spies states, "Messenger was launched after we spent months searching for cool clothes coming out of the Christian market. Wearing a shirt that says "Jesus Freak" is simply not cool to your average Christian teen." After scouring the Christian apparel market for the best product, Unity3 now carries five Christian brands and merchandise from Christian bands in their store.
Messenger's product line is anchored in biblical verse. Spies remarks, "We want to harness spiritual inspiration to find greater meaning in the everyday." He continues, "Clothes are not simple body coverings - they're a chance to express yourself and we want Christians to look and feel great doing it." All clothing brands carried on unity3.com are similarly inspired by faith and uniquely tied to the Christian community via non-profit partnerships, youth ministry, music and media.
Messenger Apparel is a men's and women's lifestyle apparel brand based in Durham, NC. Unity3 is an online boutique featuring faith-inspired apparel brands, including Messenger, Jedidiah and Disciple. Their full line of product can be found at messengerapparel.com, and can be purchased online at unity3.com.
